Soutelande Bed & Breakfast has been open since May 2022. We renovated a beach cottage to a modern stay with an African look and feel. The cottage is completed private and situated on a small family farm, owned by a Dutch-SA couple, Maud & William Holm-Geerts together with their animals: Dog Japie, Madammkes the Chickens and Hurly&Curly the Donkeys.

William is originally from Port Elizabeth and Maud fell in love with Sardinia Bay. The relaxed atmosphere, the sounds of nature and the accessibility to the city were major factors for them to move to this little farm. We are both activate, nature lovers and love to travel. 

​

The cottage is part of our main domain but is very private and has it own entrance. Maud works from home and is always available if you have any questions. 

​

It's our goal to make this cottage so special that couples and families would book their stay with us. However, never finished, always fine-tuning and always finding a reason to make it even betters. We find it incredible satisfying and grateful job when our guests had an unforgettable stay.
